Guntamatic is one of the most advanced manufacturers and suppliers of heating solutions. The Upper Austrian family business has been relying on biomass and hybrid heating systems for almost 60 years. The biological and sustainable idea is also reflected in the modern office and competence centre.
"When we decided to renovate and expand our office and sales premises, we knew right from the start that sustainability was a top priority in this project," explains Alexander Dietach, Project Manager at Guntamatic GmbH.
"While we were still putting the initial plans on paper, it was clear to everyone that well-planned and optimized room acoustics would make a big contribution to the success of the project" - Dietach continues.
The spacious office and exhibition areas extend over two buildings and five rooms. The corridors were partially wallpapered with a light grey acoustic felt to avoid a hall effect. The grey felt was also laminated onto cosy retreat bunks.

The office and meeting rooms are dominated by modern, elegant furniture made of black steel and natural wood. Matching light grey felt was also skilfully used here on the ceiling and walls.
The biggest success of the project is that the employees and customers feel comfortable in the modern yet homely-looking premises. An overall spacious feel contributes significantly to the good atmosphere.
